Day 1 of meditation. If I think I suck at watching the thinker, and I want to have inner peace, then I need to do something about it. So I meditated today for 15 minutes. I'm going to meditate every day for 15 minutes, sitting upright in a chair, something I was never able to do before my posture practice. Go, me! I'm so happy that I'm creating the life that I want.
